摘要
目的:研究肺癌及肺部良性疾病患者血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1的水平,探讨其在肺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:检测122例肺癌和37例良性肺病患者血清中CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1的水平。结果:肺癌组CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1测定值明显高于肺良性病变组(P<0.05),3项联合检测的灵敏度为51.64%,明显优于单项检测。3项肿瘤标记物测定水平和灵敏度与病理类型有关;血CEA以腺癌最高;血NSE以小细胞肺癌最高;血CY-FRA 21-1以鳞癌最高。结论:3项肿瘤标记物联合检测有利于肺癌的鉴别诊断。
Objective:To study the level of serum CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 between lung cancer and benign lung disease, and to evaluate clinical differential diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CEA ,NSE and CYFRA21-1 in patients with Lung cancer. Methods:CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 were assayed in 122 patients with lung cancer and 37 patients with benign lung disease. Results:The serum levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer were significant higher than those with benign lung disease ( P 〈 0.05 ). The sensitivity of the combined determination containing the three tumor markers were 51.64%, being higher than other in diagnosis for lung cancer. The level of serum and the sensitivity of CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 were related to pathology type. The highest level of CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 were adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma and squamons carcinoma respectively. Conclusion:Serum level of CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 combined detection in the diagnosing of lung cancer is helpful in clinical differential diagnosis.
