摘要
针对变压器主要的潜在故障特性,综合超高频局部放电监测、超声波局部放电定位、油色谱分析、套管介质损耗监测和铁心接地电流监测等在线监测手段,能及时、有效地对变压器的健康状态做出分析和判断。文中采用面向仪器系统的PCI扩展(PXI)总线仪器在LabVIEW开发平台上建立了一套变压器在线监测与分析系统,详细介绍了系统硬件平台的选择、系统框架和软件功能模块。该系统具有硬件可靠性、软件可移植性和可扩充性等特点。
Aiming at the main potential fault characteristics of power transformers, a brand-new settlement called the on-line monitoring and analyzing system for power transformers is brought forward with the aid of PXI and LabVIEW virtual instrument platform. The system synthesizes the means of ultra high frequency detection of the partial discharge (PD) signal, ultrasonic locating of the PD sources, dissolved gas analysis, dielectric loss monitoring of the bushing and the electric current monitoring of the grounding iron core to analyze and judge the health of power transformers effectively. The hardware is dependable and the software is transplantable and expandable. This paper introduces the selection of the system hardware platform, the system framework and the software function modules in detail.
