血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者的护理12例

摘要 目的通过12例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)患者的护理,探讨血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的特点及护理对策。方法对12例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者进行细致的观察与护理。结果12例患者住院18～62d,平均33d。12例中1例因颅内出血死亡,其余11例均临床缓解出院。结论针对血栓性血小板减少性紫癜起病急,变化多,发展迅猛,多系统损害,死亡率高,护理难度大等特点,进行严密的观察和细致的护理是治疗成功的关键。
