摘要
转矩脉动是制约无刷直流电动机发展的重大障碍,因此本文分析了无刷直流电动机转矩脉动产生的原因,并提出了相应的策略加以抑制。同时,着重对电流换相时所引起的转矩脉动进行了研究,发现采用重叠换相技术可减小这种转矩脉动。
Torque ripple is the important obstacle that influences the development of brushless DC motor, so this paper analyzes the producing reasons of torque ripple of brushless DC motor and introduces various methods to minimize torque ripple. At the same time torque pulsation in circuit commutation is analyzed and researched chiefly, and overlapping commutation technology is offered in order to reduce this torque pulsation.
