摘要
采用电液控制系统的综采或综放工作面,按照采煤工艺的要求,根据采煤机的牵引位置对工作面三机进行自动控制。利用机电一体化技术,制定液压支架护帮板收伸、自动喷雾、移架和刮板运输机移动等自动化动作规则,建立跟机自动化离散系统模型。为采用自动化技术的采煤工作面研究了一种新的、先进的半截深采煤工艺,并进行了工艺的计算机分析设计。
According to the requirements of mining technics and based on tractive position of shearer, three machineries were controlled automatically at fully mechanized or fully caving coal face with electrohydraulic control system. Using electromechanical integration technology, the rules of automatic action such as shorten and stretched of protecting piece of hydraulic support, automatic spraying, movement and moving scraper conveyor were made out, the model of automatic discrete system of machinery-tracked was built. A new and advanced mining technic of half well was researched for coal mining face with automatic technology. Finally the basic algorithm was proposed.
