摘要
作者应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗广基型声带息肉２８例，其中并发声带息肉样变８例，并发声带白斑１例。治疗结果表明：该手术优点是术中出血少，术野清晰，操作方便。术中术后病人痛苦小，患者容易接受。同时，对声带息肉样变的治疗取得良好效果。
Nd:YAG Laser was used to treat 28 cases of sessile polyps of vocal cords,in which 8cases complicated polypoid change and 1 case complicated leucoplakia of vocal cords.The resultshowed that hemorrhage was very little during the operation,operation field was clear,and it was con-venient to perform the operation,The patients felt little or no pain during and after operation,and themethod was easily accepted by patients,In the meantime the better results were got in the treatmentof polypoid change.
