摘要
本文系统比较了二战以来美国、日本和欧洲等发达国家经济发展的模式,分析了美国资本市场在促进美国产业升级和高科技产业发展中的核心作用,提出金融体系效率的差别是形成各国经济长期增长趋势和高技术产业发展等方面差距的主要因素。结合改革开放以来我国经济发展的实际情况,本文阐述了在目前我国经济发展阶段,推动资本市场发展对实现我国产业升级和建立经济可持续发展动力机制的重要意义,并对如何发展我国资本市场提出了具体的建议。
This is a systematic comparison of economic growth models of some developed countries since WWII and analysis of the great role US capital market has been playing in facilitating the industrial upgrading and hi-tech industry. It is believed that a nation＇ s long-term growth in economy and hi-tech industry is largely attributed to efficiency level of their financial system. The author clarifies the importance of China＇ s capital market in facih＇tating industrial upgrading and establishing driving mechanism of sustainable economic growth. Proposals are put forward on developing China＇ s capital market.
