摘要
介绍了压电泵为动力源的计算机芯片水冷系统及系统中所用的四腔串并联压电泵的工作原理及构成。搭建了实验测试系统,评价了该水冷系统的冷却效果,并用实验验证了组成水冷系统的各部件及冷却液性能对芯片冷却效果的影响,提出了各部件的设计原则。该文为计算机芯片散热提出了一条新的有效途径。
Working principles and structures of the computer water cooling system driven by PZT pump and the serious-parallel connectioned pump with four chambers are explained. In order to evaluate the effect of the water cooling system, experimental system is built,and every parts' functions affecting chip cooling are explicated with experiments. So the designing principles for each parts are concluded. This paper proposes a new effective way for computer chip cooling.
