摘要
研究了固化参数对丁羟基聚氨酯水声材料的力学性能、声学特性的影响,并通过声学测试手段考察了不同固化参数对热老化稳定性的影响。结果表明:固化参数增大时,丁羟基聚氨酯材料的硬度、拉伸强度上升,吸声性能增强,延伸率下降;固化参数<1时,样品透声性能较好;当固化参数=1时,聚氨酯材料的耐热老化能力强,稳定性较好。密度受固化参数影响不明显。
Influence of curing parameter on mechanical property, acoustic property and thermal stability of underwater acoustic materials of HTPB polyurethane was analyzed. It was manifested that with the parameter increased, the rigidity, tensile strength and acoustical absorption property of the materials increased, and the elongation decreased. Acoustical transmission property of the material cured at parameter〈 1 was better than that of others, The thermal stability of the materials cured at parametr = 1 was best and the effects of curing oparameter on the density of the materials was negligible.
