摘要
地下水封岩洞储备技术,是建设国家石油储备库的优选方案,然而,原油进库产生的油气会对洞库正常安全运行产生一定的影响,直排到大气中不仅浪费石油资源,还会对环境造成污染。文章针对地下水封岩洞原油库油气产生的特点,通过对3种油气处理方案进行分析对比,确定了一个较好的方案。认为采用活性炭吸附回收油气方案,与提高洞库的设计压力、加大洞库容积方案以及设置火炬燃烧油气2种方案相比,在经济性、可行性、适用性、安全环保性等方面具有综合优势。文章还着重介绍了活性炭吸附油气的工艺流程。
Using ground water sealed rock cavern to store oil is one of optimal scenarios for national petroleum storage depot construction. However oil vapor produced form entering crude oil has a certain effect on safe operation of the cavern type oil depot. Discharging oil vapor into air would not only waste the petroleum resource, but also pollute environment. Aimed at these problems, this paper analyzes three oil vapor treatment scenarios and confirms a better one that uses the adsorption function of active carbon fiber (ACF) to retrieve oil vapor. Compared with other two scenarios, one is to increase design pressure and cubage of cavern depot, another is to burn oil vapor by torch, the ACF scenario has a comprehensive predominance in aspects of economy, feasibility, applicability, safety and environmental protection. The paper also introduces the process flow of using ACF to adsorb oil vapor.
