摘要
针对目前配制聚合物需耗费大量清水而采油污水处理和外排困难的问题,研制开发了综合水质改性处理剂SC-1和聚合物溶液稳粘保粘剂JW-1。SC-1的增粘率为78.2%~44.9%,增粘效果比较明显;JW-1加入后,聚合物溶液的粘度稳定性显著提高。因此,采油污水用SC-1和JW-1处理后,用来配制的聚合物溶液的粘度和稳定性都能够得到明显的改善,从而实现了将采油污水快速处理后直接用于聚合物溶液的配制。
It needs plenty of water to dissolve polymer,while plenty of sewage have to be dealt with.Aimed to this point,we developed a new type of SC-1 water-process additament and a type of JW-1 viscosity-remaining additament. SC-1 can increase 78.2% to 44.9% of the viscosity of the polymer solution,while JW-1 can improve the stability of the solution.As SC-1 and JW- 1 additaments be applied,the technology of using sewage to dissolve polymer can be satisfied.
