摘要
跨国购并正成为我国企业快速进入国际市场的主要战略手段。早期日本及国内的若干案例表明跨国购并的绩效并不乐观,而文化间差异是导致跨国购并失败的最根本原因。根据购并公司文化包容性与购并双方业务相关性的不同匹配状况提出了四种企业文化整合策略,并提供相关实施建议。
Transnational Merger and Acquisition (M&A) has become major means for Chinese firms to join the international market. Some early Japanese cases and Chinese cases show that there have not been satisfactory M&A performance by now for which corporate culture integration accounted four firm culture integration models are presented with some countermeasures in this paper based on the relationship between acquiring firm culture and their busimess pertinence.
