摘要
文章通过对AlSi9Mg合金在不同保温时间、保温温度下得到的显微组织的观察,研究了浇注温度对液相线浇注法制备AlSi9Mg合金半固态组织的影响;实验表明,随着浇注温度的降低,合金显微组织由树枝晶向蔷薇状形态再到球状或粒状组织变化,在605℃,保温30 min左右最佳。
To understand the effect of heating parameters on the semi-solid forming, the microstructure of the semi-solid AlSi9Mg alloy has been observed, which was obtained at different heating time and different pouring temperatures. And the effect of pouring temperatures on the microstructure of the semi-solid AlSi9Mg alloy and the reason have been researched. It can be concluded from the experiment that the microstructure changes from dendritic grains to rosette grains ,and then to spherical or nodular grains,as the pouring temperature fails. When the holding time was 30 min at 605 ℃, the microstructure of the semi-solid alloy was the best. Not only the pouring temperature but also the holding time affects the microstructure.
