摘要
文章给出一种基于FPGA的数据采集方案,设计的圆光栅数据采集系统以FPGA作为角度测量系统的核心控制器,实现了具有6个独立通道,每通道达224的同步计数器,克服了由通用集成电路组成测量系统时,电路复杂及电路板面积大的缺点;并介绍了计数器的组成原理,与FPGA内部线路及单片机实现采集数据与上位微机的互连传输。
The data collection system based on the technology of the field programmable gate array(FP- GA) is introduced. The FPGA is utilized as the core controller for the angular measurement system, in which there is a counter with six independent channels and each channel has a counting capacity of 2^24. This system overcomes the drawbacks of the measurement systems which are based on common integrate circuits, such as complex circuits and larger PCB area. The composing principle of the counter, the real-time counting of each channel, the communication with the host computer using the MCU,and the hardware and software of the data collection system are described.
