视屏显示终端与视疲劳及屈光不正 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观查视疲劳与视屏显示终端(VDT)屈光不正特点,探讨预防及治疗原则。方法:调查分析52例电脑终端操作者视疲劳情况及屈光状态:用镜标准。结果:视疲劳轻度12例(23.08%),中度31例(59.62%),重度9例(17.30%),而正视仅有9眼(8.65%),原配戴眼镜均不符合VDT操作距离。结论:视疲劳的发生与操作VDT、屈光不正关系密切,互为因果。正确使用VDT、准确验光、合理配镜是预防及消除视疲劳的有效手段之一。 Objective:The view scrutiny is weary and the VDT ametropia characteristic,the discussion prevention treatment principle. Methods :The observation analyzes 52 examples VDT operator to regard the weary situation and the refraction condition,uaea the eyeglasses standard. Results..Observes case of illness regards the weary mile 12 examples(23.08%). Moderate 31 examples(59.62% ),specific weight 9 examples(17.30%),but faces up to only 9 eyes (8. 65% ). Originally has one's eyes tested and wear glasses the eyeglasses do not conform to the VDT operation distance. Conclusion:Regards weary occurrence AND-OPERATION VDT,the ametropia relations is close,cause and effect relationship. Correctly uses the VDT accurate optometry ,reasonably matches the mirror is the prevention and the elimination regards one of weary effective methods.
