摘要 介绍了氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑的工艺生产过程。针对生产过程存在的大滞后、非线性和多变量强耦合等特点,提出了基于自适应模糊控制、软开关控制、自适应预测控制和传统回路控制相结合的智能控制策略,并基于此策略在计算机集散控制系统上开发了氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑智能控制软件,成功应用于某公司氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑,实现了氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑的稳定控制。该系统投运以来可靠性高,控制效果及时、准确,具有在冶金、水泥等行业推广的价值。 Due to the large delay, strong nonlinearity and coupling among variables of the rotary kiln production process, an intelligent control strategy based on the integration of conventional loop control and intelligent control is proposed. Firstly the technical process of the rotary kiln production process is intro- duced. Then the intelligent control strategy, including the adaptive fuzzy control, and soft-switch control, adaptive predictive control is discussed in detail. Finally the intelligent control software is developed and successfully applied to a real rotary kiln production process. The proposed intelligent control strategy is proven to be reliable, accurate and timely control performance and can be generalized to similar processes in the metallurgical and cement industry.
