摘要
分析辊模拉拔过程中辊模与金属间的摩擦和速度状况,并与固定模拉拔做了比较,从运动学角度得出辊模拉拔外摩擦合力和拉拔力减小可实现高速拉拔。
This paper analyzed the external friction and velocity between metal and die in roller die drawing,and contrasted to conventional die drawing.Roller dies ensure the external friction and drawing force are distinctly decreased,higher speed of drawing achieved.
