摘要
采用酶联吸附免疫法(ELISA),测定了干旱条件下中华芦荟赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素核苷(ZR s)和脱落酸(ABA)等3种内源激素的含量,并研究了这些内源激素与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,在水分胁迫下,中华芦荟叶片和根内ZR s和GA3的含量降低,ABA含量升高;干旱越严重,ZR s和GA3的含量就越低,ABA含量则越高。
The GA3, ZRs and ABA concentrations in Aloe vera L. var. Chinensis ( Haw. ) Berger under drought conditions were determined by the method of EL ISA , and the relationship between these endogenous hormones and drought resistance were studied. The results showed that the GA3 and ZRs concentrations in aloe decreased, but the ABA concentration increased significantly under the condition of water stress. The stronger the drought conditions are, the more the GA3 and ZRs concentrations decrease, the more the ABA concentration increases.
