摘要
用24只沙鼠制成脑缺血动物模型,采用不同氧压的高压氧进行治疗后用光镜与电镜观察脑组织及血省形态变化.发现缺血时脑海马区受损最敏感,尤以CA1变化明显,其次是CA2,再其次是CA3.齿状回未见变化。海马带宽窄不一,锥体细胞减少,排列紊乱。经分别用不同氧压的高压氧治疗后,上述变化明显减轻,尤以250kPa治疗效果为佳。
The mechanism, prevention and treatment of eerebral ischemia is one of the most importanttasks in neuro-science,Animal models of cercbral ischemia were prepared in 24 gerbils. After treatmentwith hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)under varying pressure, the morphological changes in the brain tissue andmicrovessels were observed under light and electron microscopes. It is found that the hippocampal regionwas most sensitive to cerebral ischemis,especially the CA1 ,snd the CA2 and CA3 came next.No changeswere seen in the dentate nucleus.THE hippocampal belts showed varying width and the pyramidal cellswere decreased in numbdr and disttirbed in their arrangement.Houever,after treatment with HBO of vary-ing pressure,the above changes were recovered,and the recovery was most significant in the 250 kPa HBOtreatment group.
