摘要
污泥是污水处理过程中无法避免的二次污染物,污泥油化技术是最新发展的污泥处理技术之一,油化过程具有处理与能源利用双重性质。本文着重介绍了低温热解制油技术和热化学直接液化制油技术两种污泥油化技术,并对比了二者的优缺点,指出了污泥油化技术的发展趋势。
Sewage sludge is an unavoidable secondary pollution produced in the process of sewage treatment. The sludge liquefaction technology is a new treatment method for sludge, which has the advantage of both treatment and energy recovery. New developments of sludge liquefaction technology including pyrolysis of low temperature and direct thermochemical liquefaction were introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages as well as application scopes of two methods were discussed in detail. Development tendency of the sludge liquefaction technology was also pointed out.
