椰甲截脉姬小蜂对寄主龄期的选择性和适合性 被引量:11

摘要 研究了椰甲截脉姬小蜂对寄主椰心叶甲各龄幼虫的选择性。结果表明:椰甲截脉姬小蜂可寄生椰心叶甲各龄幼虫,但偏爱寄生2,3龄幼虫,选择系数分别为0.33825和0.31348,极显著高于1,4,5龄幼虫。寄生各龄椰心叶甲幼虫的姬小蜂在羽化率、每寄主育出蜂数2指标中存在差异,寄生4龄幼虫的处理中,羽化率和每寄主育出蜂数分别为71.03%和40.87头,明显高于寄生其他龄期的幼虫,因此4龄椰心叶甲幼虫对椰甲截脉姬小蜂的生长发育最适合。 The preference and suitability of Asecodes hispinarum to various instars of Brontispa Logissina were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that Asecodes hispinarum parasitized all 5 instars of Brontispa Logissina, but preferred to parasitize the 2nd and 3rd instars when it was exposed to all the instars of larvae concurrently. The preference indexes to the 2nd and 3rd were 0.338 25 and 0.313 48 respectively, which were significant higher than the others. Host age at parasitization had significant effect on the emergence rate of parasitoids and the number of resultant wasps per host. In the treatment of 4th instar larva, the emergence rate of parasitoids and the number of resultant wasps per host were 71.03 % and 40.87, which were significant higher than the others. Therefore, the larva of Brontispa Logissina at the 4th instar rather than at the other instars was preferred by Asecodes hispinarum.
