摘要
利用紫外线及化学两种方法对黄原胶菌株进行了诱变筛选,激活野油菜黄单胞菌的代谢产物酶的活性,提高黄原胶产率。结果表明,两种诱变方法对黄原胶粘度及产胶率的促进作用很明显,最好的一株诱变菌株比原始菌株产生的黄原胶粘度提高104.63%,产量提高20%,脱离乙酰基百分比最低为0.45%,比原始菌株低37倍。
The xanthan gum bacterial strain was screened by the two mutation breeding methods - ultraviolet ray and chemical mutant.The activity of supersession products enzyme of Xanthomonas camPestris rope was stimulated and yield of xanthan gum was increased. The result indicated that the two mutation methods had dominant effect on the viscosity and yielding rate of xanthan gum.The best mutation bacterial strain produced the viscosity of xanthan gum higher than that of the original strain by 104.63 %, the yield was increased by 20 %, and the de - acetyl percentage in the gtrn is 0.45 % with only one thirty - seventh of the original strain.
