摘要
该文从观念、体制和结构等3方面对中国和加拿大高校实验技术人员队伍建设之间的差异进行比较,从差异中寻求突破,提出了我国高校实验技术人员队伍建设的具体措施。
This paper investigates different laboratory technician systems in Chinese and Canadian universities. The comparison is focused on the following aspects: idea, system and structure. Based on analysis of the two, the paper provides some valuable advice for improving the overall level of laboratory technicians in Chinese universities.
