摘要
知识产权证券化是一种全新的融资方式。介绍了知识产权证券化定义、一般流程和特点,详细评述了它在发展中所遇到的制约因素及其融资的优点,并提出了在我国应由政府介入开展知识产权证券化的主张。
Intellectual property securitization is a kind of brand- new financing tool. this article introduces its definition, procedure, characteristics and financing merits. After commenting hindering factors, it is suggested how intellectual property securitization should be carried out.
