摘要
对目前尿素合成塔设计中广为关注的几个问题,如筒体结构、检漏系统和检漏口结构、衬里致密性试验、蒸汽检漏以及水溶液全循环法尿素合成塔尿液出口管等,提供了结构分析、检测手段和设计要领。
In allusion to some problems deeply concerned at present in the design of urea reactor, such as cylinder structure, leak detection system, and leak detection port structure, tightness test of lining, steam leak detection and urea solution outlet pipe etc. of urea reactor of water solution total circulation method, the structural analysis, detection measure and design gist were provided.
