摘要
针对目前用于曲轴角振动诊断的刚体和弹性动力学模型的局限,利用简谐角振动的正交性,从单谐次的角度,提出了“单谐次准刚体模型”,讨论了满足“单谐次准刚体模型”条件的两种情况,建立了既准确又简便实用的角振动简谐诊断动力学模型。根据“单谐次准刚体模型”和简化后的基本关系式,可建立一套适用广泛、诊断准确、简便实用且不依赖轴系结构参数或大量实验的内燃机曲轴角振动简谐诊断新方法,简化了基于曲轴角振动的内燃机工作状态监测、停缸号诊断、故障缸功率损失率诊断和漏气缸位诊断方法。
Aimed at the present limitations of the rigid body and the elastic kinetic model used for torsional vibration diagnosis of crankshaft, by virtue of the orthogonality of simple harmonic torsional vibration, the paper presented the "single order quasi rigid body model" from the point of view of single order,and discussed two cases satisfying the condition of "single order quasi rigid body model", then established the accurate and simple and practical simple harmonic diagnosis kinetic model of torsional vibration. According to the single order quasi rigid body model and the simplified basic relational expression, the paper established a new simple harmonic diagnosis method of torsional vibration for ICE crankshaft, which has the advantages of extensive applicability, accurate diagnosis, simple and practical, and even independent on configuration parameters of crankshaft or a great deal of experiments and simplifies the approaches of working condition monitoring, the misfire cylinder diagnosis, the power loss rate diagnosis of fault cylinder, the gas leakage cylinder diagnosis of ICE, which are all based on the torsional vibration of crankshaft.
