摘要
高职学校规模扩张基本完成后转向了以内涵发展,创特色、树品牌,着力打造学校的综合竞争力的发展道路。高职特色、品牌的创建需要依靠人才培养观念、体系的发展和创新来实现。
After expansion of school scale, advanced vocational education has turned into a new direction that is characterized by developing connotation, creating characteristic, establishing its own brand and making up compositive competition. All of the characteristics demand new development and innovation in the fields of personal resources culture ideas and systems.
