摘要
目前,人类优秀运动能力的研究更多地深入到了分子遗传水平,并且主要定位于不同身体素质与基因多态性方面。对国内外与力量素质有关基因多态性的主要研究结果和内容进行初步分析与总结。结果表明,与力量素质相关的基因主要涉及ACE、GDF8、CNTF、IGF-1等,但是作用机制还不十分清楚,有待于进一步研究。
With the development of molecular biology and sports medicine, the study on human sports performance also reaches molecular level, and majors in gene polymorphism, identification of phenotype. This article is to analyze and summarize the findings throughout the world on gene polymorphism of muscle strength. The result indicates that according to muscle strength, ACE, GDF8 and CNTF might be candidate genes, although the mechanism is not very clear and needs to be explored more.
