摘要
知识管理与图书馆期刊管理有着内在的必然联系。运用和借鉴知识管理思想,充分认识期刊管理的知识内涵,探索期刊知识增长、采集、获取的基本规律,营造以知识创新为目标的期刊知识管理内部环境和外部环境;以人为本,关注期刊馆员的知识组织能力、网络认知与技术应变能力、语言交往与协调能力、专业发展与研究能力,加强期刊知识管理的人力资源建设;培育新的期刊管理模式,推动期刊知识的融合和重组、知识单元与知识链条的形成,用知识挖掘和知识推送等现代化手段,不断提高图书馆期刊管理与利用效率。
There is an inherent, positive link between knowledge management and periodical management. This paper suggests that first of all, the ideas of knowledge management be applied and used for reference, and the knowledge connotation of periodical management be fully realized; the fundamental law of the broadening,gathering and obtaining of periodical knowledge also be probed into so that both the internal and external environments of the periodical knowledge management aimed at the knowledge innovation can be built. Next, according to the "people oriented" principle, such capacities of the periodical librarians as the knowledge organizing capacity, network cognitive and technical strain capacity, language intercourse and concerting capacity, professional developing and researching capacity, etc shouht be paid close attention to so that the human resources of the periodical knowledge management can be strengthened. Lastly, the new pattern for periodical management should be cultivated; the blending and reforming of periodical knowledge and the forming of knowledge blocks and knowledge chains should be pushed forward so that the periodical managing and utilizing efficiency of the library can keep improving by using such up-to-date means as knowledge excavation and knowledge driving, etc.
