摘要
目前,人们对住区环境有了更高的追求—从讲究地段、面积转向追求品质。然而,纵观国内大量的居住区建设,发现人们对住区环境的认识仍停留在“环境即绿化、环境即景观”的初级层面上,住区环境设施的配置并未反映出居民的实际需求。以厦门住区为研究对象,选取较具代表性的设施进行分析,挖掘居民潜在的实际需求,并以此作为制订厦门地区住区环境设施配置标准的依据。
Presently people have developed higher demand for residential environment.The demand has drifted from that for location and acreage to quality. However, by looking at the construction of many residential areas in China we can find that people still understand the residential environment as that residential environment is landscaping and residential environment means landscape,which is still at the primitive stage of understanding.The allocation of the environmental facilities of the residential areas does not reflect the real need of the people.The paper takes the residential areas in Xiamen as its object of study and selects typical facilities for analysis and seeks the potential actual needs of the residents,which will serve as the basis of the standard of the allocation of environmental facilities for residential areas in Xiamen.
