摘要 提出了用脉冲控制的电光λ/4波片代替传统λ/4波片的新方案,通过引入Jones矩阵,阐明了该电压传感器的敏感特性。为了改善温度变化导致输出信号的波动,采用双光路互补的结构,并提出了信号处理的方法。对110kV的电压进行了测量,在20%~120%uN范围内,其线性度相对偏差在±0.2%以内。 A new design of an optical voltage sensor which the electronic quarter waveplate was replaced with a pulse-controlled electrooptic quarter waveplate is presented. The sensing principle of this new optical voltage sensor was clarified by introducing the Jones matrix of electrooptic quarter waveplate. The output signal fluctuated by temperature variation was improved because of using the double light channels. And, the signal processing method was presented. The relative deviation of the system is within 0. 2% from 20% to 120% of the relating voltage after employing this kind of the sensor into 110 kV optical voltage transformer.
