摘要
体现人性化理念的个性化服务就是要在服务理念、服务项目、服务内容、服务细节等各方面遵从人性化思维。高校图书馆要充分利用个性化服务的成功条件,辩证认识并融合传统与现代个性化服务,增强传统个性化服务项目的人性内涵,完善当今数字服务的个性化发展。
The humanized concept embodies in the personalized services in the service concept, service projects, service content, service details with the humanization of thinking. Academic library should take full advantage of personalized library service success conditions, and dialectical understanding of the integration of traditional and modem personalized services to enhance the humanized conent of the traditional personalized service projects, and improve the development of personalized digital services.
