摘要 目的研究ROSE C++类库环境下STEP-NC数控程序生成流程与数控程序的生成方法.方法使用STEP-NC的文件格式和数据模型,在非线性工艺规划环境下,编写零件加工的非线性工艺规划的EXPRESS SCHEMA.利用ROSE C++类库提取零件的所有加工信息,用遗传算法建立零件工艺优化的数学模型.结果对整个程序的编程流程(分为信息提取、特征识别、非线性工艺规划几个过程),按照先头段后数据段的属性顺序写入信息.在C++编程环境下利用ROSE库函数提取生成STEP AP238文件,得到优化或接近优化的零件加工工艺路线.结论非线性工艺规划是STEP-NC数控加工智能化的关键,随着更多非线性工艺规划方法的应用,STEP-NC数控程序将进一步完善和补充,可为数控机床智能化水平的提高提供技术支持. Based on the uniform non-linear data model of STEP-NC, the purpose of this paper is to research the creating method and flow of STEP-NC program under the environment of Rose library. STEP-NC file format and data model are analyzed and studied to program the EXPRESS SCHEMA of non-linear process planning of part processing. All the processing information of parts is extracted by using Rose library, and then to build the optimized mathematical model of process of parts by using genetic algorithm, then the optimized or approximate optimized process path of part processing can be gained. The programming flow is designed to include information extraction, feature recognition and non-linear process planning, the information is written in sequence of head section first and then data section. The STEP AP238 files are generated by using Rose library at last. Non-linear process planning is crucial to STEP-NC intelligentization, with the more application of non-linear process planning methods, STEP-NC NC program will be perfect, and it offers a technical support to the enhancement of intelligent level of NC machine tool.
