摘要 简要介绍了国内外分级破碎技术现状和分级破碎技术的特点。利用断裂动力学Griffith裂纹扩展理论分析了破碎辊转速(即加载速率)对破碎功耗和产品块度的影响,并对破碎辊转速的确定、破碎后块度的预测等进行了深入的理论分析;详细介绍了分级破碎设备的工艺先进性、产品粒度特性、破碎效率、破碎功耗、运行可靠性等技术特征,并引用了大量来自工业实际应用的数据与结论;阐述了分级破碎机技术的发展趋势。 The paper elaborates on the status quo of the sizing - breaking technology worldwide and its special features. An analysis is made of the effect on breaker's power consumption and product size produced by speed of breaker roll by using the failure dynamics and Griffith crack extension theory. In - depth theoretical analysis is also made on the method for the determination of roll speed and prediction of the size of crushed product. Following a description of the advanced level, product size characteristics, operating efficiency and reliability and power consumption of the breaker, mass data and conclusions derived through extensive field application of the breaker are cited. Finally, the paper points out the developing trend of this breaking technology.
