摘要
以氯化氢为催化剂,2巯-基乙醇为助催化剂,苯酚及其衍生物与环酮经缩合反应合成了1,1-二(4′-羟基苯基)环己烷、1,1-二(4′-羟基-3′-甲基苯基)环己烷、1,1-二(4′-羟基苯基)环戊烷和1,1-二(4′-羟基-3′,5′-二甲基苯基)环戊烷,收率分别达到了97.28%、98.6%、95.0%和95.4%,产物的HPLC纯度都高于95%,并用红外光谱、质谱对产物结构和组成进行了鉴定。
An improved process of synthesis of 1,1-bis-(4′-hydroxyphenyl) -cyclohexane, 1,1-bis-(3′-methyl-4′- hydroxyphenyl)-cyclohexane, 1, 1-bis- (4′-hydroxyphenyl ) -cyclophentane, 1,1-bis- ( 3′, 5′-dimet hyl-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-cyclophentane through condensation reaction of phenol,o-methylphenol or 3,5-methylphenol and cyclohexanone or cyclophentanone using chlorine hydride as catalyst and thiog;ycol as co-catalyst was developed. At the optimum synthesis conditions, their HPLC purities were high than 98%,and their yields are 97. 28%, 98.6%,95.0% and 95.4% respectively. IR and MS were used to determine the strtlcture and purity of the products.
