地沟式污水生态处理系统中氮素的形态转化研究 被引量:3

摘要 以自行开发的“地沟式污水生态处理中试系统(4.0m3·d-1)”为实验体系,研究了氨氮转化的动力学模型。结果表明,所得到各处理单元的氨氮转化效率,反映了工艺设计的特点。通过硝化、反硝化实验,得到不同土层的硝化和反硝化作用曲线,反映了系统不同土层中NO3--N浓度变化过程的差异,与土壤微生物种群和氧化-还原电位值的分布情况一致。 Underground-ditch-patter soil treatment process is a kind of fleet soil zoology treatment technology, which relies on the principles of diffusion and capillary action in soil. Under artificially controlled condition, sewage was distributed into the designated system equipped with a series of devices composed of soil, sand, pebbles, and a soil-water-animalcule-plant filling system, and was gradually decomposed. The pilot plant of underground-ditch-patter soil zoology treatment system filled with soil mainly confected by yellow clay-the typical soil type found in Guizhou (4.0 m^3·d^-1(sewage)). The kinetic models in the transformation of total nitrogen into ammonia nitrogen have been proposed and the efficiency of transformation of several treatment units was studied by the pilot system. The results showed that the appropriate concentration of C/N was necessary for the process of denitrification and enhancing nitrogen removal rate. Nitrogen transformation bacteria analysis revealed that there were abundant nitrogen transformation bacteria in the pilot system. 10^3-10^6 cfu·g^-1 (soil, colony for ming unit), 10^3-10^6 MPN·g^-1 (soil, most probable number), 10^4-10^6 MPN·g^-1(soil), 10^3-10^6 MPN·g^-1 (soil), were obtained respectively for ammonifying bacteria, nitrite bacteria, nitrate bacteria, denitrifying bacteria. The concentration-gradient curves of nitfification/dennitrification processes in different soil horizons were obtained The change of NO^-N concentration conformed with the microbial community indicator and the distribution of oxidation-reduction values in soil horizons.
