摘要
本文概述了菌根性食用菌的研究现状和开发利用情况,特别近10年来在驯化培养、土壤接种、生理生化等方面的研究状况。
The current state in study and developing of edible mycorrhizal fungi was summarized in this review, especially the study and developing on its domestic culture, soil inoculum, physiological and biochemical respects in the past decade were involved.
