摘要
经营者年薪制实施效果的关键在于是否选择了科学的绩效考核方法为依据,拥有完善的考核指标体系和考核机制,进而形成激励和约束机制来规范电力企业经营者的收入。本文针对电力企业经营者考核内容众多、考核指标关联性强及内在结构交叉等特点,采用决策树法的评估考核方法,使基于目标绩效考核的业绩指标相对于能力指标、品质、个性因素得以突出,使各指标权重因数的确定有了清晰的理论依据和现实依据,也使电力企业经营者全面了解、明确自己的经营目标和工作重点,有效地调动电力企业经营者的主观能动性和经营积极性。
This thesis adopts the decision tree assessment and evaluation methods to probe performance assessment of power industry enterprises. At present the power industry enterprises base the the assessment on massive details and the correlation of the indices are reinforced and overlapped. To clarify the target performance assessment, the aptitude, personality and quality of individual employees should be emphasized.
