S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性重型肝炎临床观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的:评价S-腺苷蛋氨酸在慢性重型肝炎中的治疗作用。方法:230例慢性乙型重型肝炎患者随机分为S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗组和对照组,对照组给予护肝、静脉滴注门冬氨酸钾镁、间断应用白蛋白、新鲜血浆输注及对症支持治疗。S-腺苷蛋氨酸组在以上常规综合治疗的基础上,将1.0g S-腺苷蛋氨酸溶于5%葡萄糖溶液250ml,静脉滴注,每日1次。两组患者总疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状、体征,检测血清转氨酶、胆红素、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶等生化指标。结果:S-腺苷蛋氨酸组患者临床症状、体征的缓解,血清生化指标如转氨酶、胆红素、碱性磷酸酶的下降均较对照组显著(P<0.05)。S-腺苷蛋氨酸组总有效率为80.50%,显著高于对照组(69.64%,P<0.05)。结论:S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗重型肝炎在肝功能的改善、黄疸的消退上具有较好的疗效。 Objective.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) for chronic severe hapatitis. Methods: Two hundred and thirty cases with chronic severe hepatitis were divided into 2 groups randomly: control group and SAMe Group. Control group received routine treatment only. Patients in SAMe group received SAMe treatment 1.0 g+ 5% Glucose 250 ml intravenously per day for 4 weeks on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical symptoms, signs, serum aminotransferase, serum bilirubin, globulin, alkaline phosphatase were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, serum biochemical parameters such as aminotransferase, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase in SAMe group were more significant than those in SAMe group (P〈0. 05). The total response rate (85. 0%) in SAMe group was significantly higher than that of in the control group (69. 64%) (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: SAMe can improve hepatic function and resolve jaundice effectively in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis.
