摘要
目的:观察曲克芦丁对小鼠四氯化碳(CC l4)肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将40只小鼠随机分为4组,即对照组、模型组、模型+高剂量曲克芦丁组、模型+低剂量曲克芦丁组,采用CC l4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测各组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量,观察各组小鼠肝组织病理切片。结果:曲克芦丁能降低四氯化碳实验性肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,降低小鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。明显减轻四氯化碳实验性肝损伤小鼠肝细胞的变性、坏死和炎症反应。结论:曲克芦丁能抑制CC l4产生的自由基造成的脂质过氧化反应,从而达到保护肝脏的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Troxerutin's protective function to liver on mice models of acute experimental hepatic injury Induced by CCl4. Methods: 40 healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 group - control group( n = 10), model group( n = 10), model + Troxerutin high dose group( n = 10), model + Troxerutin low dose group( n = 10) . With mice models of hepatic injury induced by CCl4 ,to measure and compare the amount of ALT,AST and MDA in serum, And to observe the pathological change of hepatic tissues by microscope. Results: Trexerutin can significantly lower the content of ALT,AST and MDA in serum in experimental hepatic injury mice and significantly ease the pathological change of hepatic tissues. Conclusion: Troxerutin's liver protection is contected to the function of inhibitory effect of lipid peroxidation induced by CCl4.
