摘要
由于历史原因、农民闭锁心理和落后思想观念以及喀斯特地区特殊生态环境等的影响,给少数民族地区新农村建设带来许多困难,影响了民族地区新农村建设的进度和效果,必须采取有效措施予以解决。
Because of history＇ factor, farmer＇ unopen- minded and bakeword thought,and the special enviornment of Kant＇ influence, many difficulties are brought to new rural area＇s constructing in minority＇s area, influencing the rate of progress and effect of new mral area＇s constructing,people should take effective measures to tackle it.
