摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐及三羟甲基丙烷为原料合成含羧基半酯二元醇(MA-TMP),以其作为阴离子水性聚氨酯的内乳化剂,配合使用聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPD I)及交联剂等制备阴离子水性聚氨酯乳液(APU)。探讨了交联剂的加入方式、用量等因素对水性聚氨酯乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,以MA-TMP为内乳化剂,采用二步法制备水性聚氨酯比较合适,当交联剂TMP质量分数为1.2%时,所得水性聚氨酯涂膜的力学性能、硬度及耐介质性能最佳。
A novel carboxyl monoester diol emulsifiers (MA-TMP) was synthesized from Maleic anhydride (MA) and trimethylol propane (TMP). Polyurethane emulsions based on polyether polyol and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) were prepared by using the chain-extender containing carboxyl group. The synthetic conditions and the influence factors are discussed. The results show that mechanical properties, hardness and solvent resistance of the waterborne polyurethane film prepared by two steps are optimum at 1.2% content of crosslinking agent of TMP and MA-TMP as internal emulsifier.
