高通量透析器对β_2-微球蛋白的清除 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究高通量血液透析器(HPD)对尿毒症病人β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的清除作用,为预防透析相关性淀粉样变性寻求新的治疗途径提供临床依据。方法维持性血液透析病人38例随机分为2组,全部进行常规血液透析:一组采用FreseniusF60高通透性透析器(HPD),另一组采用FreseniusF6低通透性透析器(CHD)。透析时间均为4h,透析前后抽血检测血清β2-MG。结果HPD组透析后血β2-MG明显下降(P<0·01),CHD组透析前后血β2-MG无明显变化(P>0·05),组间比较透析后HPD组血β2-MG明显低于CHD组(P<0·01)。结论HPD对β2-MG具有明显的清除作用。 Objective To compare the clearance of β2-Micruglobulin in hemodialysis patients with highly permeable dialyzer (HPD) and conventional hemodiayzer(CHD) , and verify the clearance of middle and large molecular substance with HPD. Methods Thirty eight patients receiving maintenance bemodialysis were chosen. They were divided into two groups with different dialyzer:experimental group HPD with F60 filter and control group CHD with F6 dialyzer. β2-MG were measured before and after dialysis by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA). Results The level of β2-MG in patients'serums is lowed significantly after dialysis in HPD group(P 〈 0. 01 ). There is no difference in CHD group( P 〉0. 05 ). The decreasing rate of β2-MG in HPD group is higher than that in control group after dialysis( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions HPD can clear β2-MG effficiently,and there is no significant decrease in β2-MG in CHD.
