摘要
介绍了烟气分析动态炼钢系统的组成以及模型的工作原理。在应用过程中,根据国内转炉生产的现状,进一步完善了控制系统和模型,并通过对模型的改进和优化,提高了转炉终点碳温命中率,降低了造渣料消耗,减少了吹炼过程的喷溅,缩短了转炉冶炼周期,获得了较好的冶金效果。
This paper introduces the structure of the offgas analysis dynamic control steelmaking system and the elements of the model. According to the condition of converter production in China,the control system and the model have been perfected in application. By optimization and improvement, hitting ratio of carbon and temperature at end point blow is increased, flux consumption and slopping rate are reduced, smelting time is shortened and good metallurgy effects are obtained.
