摘要
本文列举了半个世纪以来海洋腐蚀试验研究中的疑问,总结为“三个不能”,即:任何人为介质不能代替天然海水的腐蚀试验;任何短期试验结果不能预示长期实海试验结果;任何室内试验结果不能代替实海试验结果。提出了海洋是具有极高生物活性的络合电解质体系;提出了海洋腐蚀的生物控制的新理念:把金属/海水界面上的金属腐蚀过程和附着生物的污损过程,分划成三个阶段分别论述了三个阶段的腐蚀过程和污损过程的互相作用,及附着生物对腐蚀的控制。
The questions in the research about the ocean corrosion test have been enumerated since half a century in this paper. It can be summarized as "3 unequal substitute". That is: Any artificial medium can't replace the natural seawater in the corrosion experiment; Any short-time experiment result can't indicate long-term actual sea experiment result; Any indoor experiment result can't replace the actual sea experiment result. Several viewpoints have been put forward as following. The ocean is an electrolyte system with high biology activity. New idea about the bio!ogy control of oceanic corrosion has been discussed. The corrosion process and contamination process between the metals and the metals on the interface of seawater has been divided three stages. The interplay between their corrosion processes and fouling processes have been discussed respectively and the corrosion has been controlled by attaching biology.
