摘要
用高速摄像解析方法,对竞技健美操C组中的有代表意义的跳与跃类0.9分值难度动作进行运动学分析,深入探究其动作技术原理,找出该动作的正确技术要领和关键技术,提供有关运动学参数,旨在为健美操的动作技术发展提供依据。
With the method of high- speed video recording analysis, it made an analysis of the kinematics of difficult movement with 0.9 score in jumping and spring of group C in competitive aerobics. It probed into its technical principle of movement and found out the correct technical points of this movement and its key technique to affer relevant kinematic parameters for the movement technical development of aerobics.
