神经内镜辅助下微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨神经内镜在显微手术治疗三叉神经痛中的辅助作用。方法 枕下乙状窦后入路小骨窗显微手术中使用脑室镜观察三叉神经出脑干区(REZ)血管、神经的关系及血管的走行等,发现并确认责任血管避免遗漏,放置垫片后观察是否确实可靠。结果 32例三叉神经痛患者手术后疼痛立即消失,随访3~18个月无1例复发。结论 在微血管减压术中辅助使用神经内镜能提高手术成功率并减少并发症的发生。
