摘要
目的 观察密骨补肾丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 将44例骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各笼例。治疗组予密骨补肾丸，每次l丸，每日2次；对照组予钙尔奇-D2粒，每日2次口服，维生素D3 500U，每日2次口服，降钙素100U，肌肉注射。观察2组肾虚证候改善情况及2组腰椎1-4骨密度改变情况。结果 肾虚证候改善方面，治疗组总有效率95．8％，对照组86．4％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。骨密度改变方面2组治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 密骨补肾丸能显著提高骨密度，改善肾虚证候，对绝经后骨质疏松症有良好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the dinical effect of Migubugu Pill on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 44 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis werZe randomly divided into two groups, 22 patients in the treatment group were administered Migubishen Pill one pill each time, twice a day. 22 patients in the control group were trealment with Caltrate-D, two tablets each time, two times daily with Vitamin D3 , C.alcitonin 100 U intramuscular injection. The symptom d renal deficiency and bone density d L1-4 were investigated after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 95.8% and 86.4% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05）. The bone density of L1-4 was significant improved in the treatment gnmp compared with the control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Migubugu Pill has good effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis.
