摘要
BOT方式作为近年来国际上较为流行的投融资方式,已在我国一些基础设施的建设中得到了运用,并取得了较好的效果。而对于作为准公共产品的高等教育而言,其基础设施建设项目能否采用BOT方式,这方面的应用研究还很少,远远不能满足高校建设投融资双方在资金供给与取得决策中需要的理论与技术方面的支持。因而,需要围绕BOT方式的概念和特征,结合高校建设项目自身的特点,对引进BOT融资方式的可行性及利弊进行理论上的分析,本文正是在这种背景下酝酿而成。
The BOT financing method,as a popular investment and financing way,has already been used in the basic establishment construction in our country,and it has got good results.While to the parapublic products of higher education.whether the BOT method can be adopted or not in its basic establishment construction projects.the study in this aspect is seldom,and can not meet the need of both the investment and financing sides which want to get support from the theory and technology of the supply and obtaining of funds at all.Therefore.it is necessary to encircle the concept and characteristic of BOT method and combine with the characteristic of the university＇s construction project itself,and then alayze the feasibility.advantages and disadvantages of adopting the BOT financing way in theory.Thus,this paper has been written just under this kind of background.
