摘要
针对高密度、高容量都市开发中所遇到的功能问题、交通问题和环境空间问题,借鉴当今世界各国成功的开发建设模式,本文提出“密集立体型城市与循环生长型城市”两个理念,选取上海真如城市副中心区启动区作为研究案例,分析可持续发展的大都市环境规划的理论方法及应用。"
Aiming at the functional problems, traffic problems and environmental problems in the process of urban exploitation in high density and high volume cities, using the successful exploitation and construction pattern of other countries for reference, this paper puts forward the following two thoughts of ＂dense stereo city and circulatory developing city＂. Taking example for the urban design of Initiating Zone of Zhenru Subcenter in Shanghai, it also analyses the theoretical methods and applications of sustainable environmental planning in big cities.
